Final Mold Design Check Sheet 模具设计检查表 Customer (客户): Mold # (模具编号): Part Name(产品名): Part No(产品编号): YES 模胚标准符合模具规格表吗? 是什么标准？配件标准符合模具规格表吗? 是什么标准？模架钢材符合模具规格表吗? 是什么材料？是复制模吗？有样品吗？有复制模具图档吗？模具是按最新产品图设计的吗？版本号？塑胶材料及具体牌号是什么？设计放收缩率是多少？标准件列表是否完整，数量与零件图是否一致? 图纸列表是否准确,完整？模具上是否有 "基准" 标示及模架基准角？模具尺寸(长宽厚)能否匹配注塑机上？模具与机台长X宽X厚分别是多少？导套类型是否指定?钢质导套,石墨导套或其它? 模架吊模孔螺牙位置是否合适尺寸是多大？模具装拆是否方便？垃圾钉有画出吗？有撬模槽吗？模板强度是否足够？垫板厚度是多少？有足够的撑头吗？数量是多少？是否有两支对角撑头设有挂台或设计两支等高螺丝？尽可能多地采用圆角或倒角设计？有计数器吗? 安装在模具的哪一侧？是否有透明防尘板？是否有运输锁模扣？安装在模具的哪一侧？模具平衡中心是否有否吊模架? 其中一支导柱和回针是否偏移?

A. General items(综述) 1. Does mold base standard meet tooling spec sheet? What kind of standard? 2. Does mold component standard meet tooling spec sheet? What kind of standard? 3. Does steel meet tooling spec sheet? What kind of steel material? 4. Is it duplicated? With a sample and tooling drawing of former tooling? 5. Is lastest part print with mold drawing? And the version of this product? 6. Is plastics material type & grade shown? 7. What is the shrinkage rate correct? 8. Checking whether standard list is integrated and quantity is correct? 9. Is BOM correct and complete? 10. Is "Reference" shown on the mold? 11. Will mold size fit in the designed machine(tie bar,min&max height)? 12. Are guide bushings specified for all guide pins,steel,graphite bushing,or others? 13. Are eyebolt holes shown in proper location and size specified? 14. Is mold easy to be assembled/disassembled? 15. Are stop pins shown? 16. Are pry bar slots shown? 17. Are moldplates strong enough? 18.How thick is the rear backup plate? 19. Are there sufficient support pillars? How many there are? 20. Are there 2 support pillars with step or shoulder bolts? 21..Do all sharp edges and corners break with a radii or chamfer? 22. Is cycle counter shown? Which side is it fixed on the mold? 23. Is there hyaline dust excluding plate on the mold? 24. Is there mold opening protection plate and which side? 25 Is there an adequate lift hook on center of balance? 26. Do one leader pin and return offset?

B. Cavity and Core (内模

) 1. Are there any draft angle on a product? How many areas and why do it if so? 2. Are there two guide holes for assembling in cavities? 3. Is it apparent about areas of need be cleaned corner? 4. Are ther chamferings for clearance at one insert' top when two inserts mating each other ? 5. Does slender insert be extended into opposite part'surface to protection it avoiding deformation? 6. Please mark the request that part need to be polished when it is necessary? 7. Everywhere do chamfer on parts unless it is a shape of product. 8.Does locomotor part be cutted oil slots ? 9.Are there wedge blocks beside by cores&cavities? 10.Are ther screws of assembly in core&cavity ,size? 11. Is parting line accepted by customer? Please mark it if there are some special conditions. 产品是否有未拔模的地方，几处，为什么不拔？动定模仁是否有两个装模配合导柱孔？需要清角的地方是否有标识清楚？两镶件对插时,一镶件头部是否有倒角避空? 细长镶件是否有设计过门固定？产品上有要求抛光处是否有注明？工件是否做到除成型部位，其它地方均需倒适当大小 C 角？滑动部件是否开设油槽？模仁是否设计有楔紧块？动定模仁是否有吊模螺丝孔，螺牙大小？产品分模线客户接受吗? 如有特殊和不符之处请注明位置和数量。插穿和碰穿面是否有足够的出模角度？最小的角度是多少？插穿位,小镶件及运动件是否选用不同的钢材硬度? 产品距内模边钢料足够吗? 尺寸是多大？枕位尺寸是否足够? 最小地方的尺寸是多少？内模镶件是否有精确的定位防止移动和旋转？产品雕刻要求(零件号,版本号,模穴号,日期章等)有全部标注清楚吗？关键镶件/镶针是否容易加工，更换？容易装错的镶件有无防反装措施?

Are there sufficient steel surrounding cavity and core and distance? 15. Is there sufficient functionl dimension? What is the min diatance? 16. Are cores and cavities held suitably to prevent shifting and rotation? 17. Are all the part engraving information shown? 18. Are critical inserts and core pins accessible without disassembling mold? 19. Are Right hand and left hand inserts(idiot proofed) designed so that cannot be put in the wrong way?

C. Hotrunner (热流道) 1. Hot runner brand and model type? 2. Is there a layout of the hot runner and wiring diagram? 3.Is screws of hot runner's junction box shown? 4. Is insulation plate incorporated? 5. Is hot runner easy and safe to assemble/disasemble? 选用哪种热流道和热流道的型号？热流道板天地侧有出气槽吗？是否有设计热流道接丝盒螺丝孔？动定模是否有隔热板？热流道拆装方便,安全吗?
