对当前我国居民收入分配差距原因及对策的分析

摘要：随着我国国民经济的迅速发展，国民收入在大幅度增长的同时，收入分配差距也在日益扩大。当前，不仅是城乡收入差距在扩大，行业间及区域间的收入差距都呈现出不断扩大的趋势。收入分配差距的问题，已经引起社会群众广泛的关注。笔者以我国当前居民收入分配差距的现状为切入点，层层划拨，究其造成我国居民收入分配差距种种原因，并提出了相应的缩小我国居民收入分配差距的一系列措施和对策。

关键词：收入分配差距；基尼系数；因素分析

Abstract：With the rapid development of our national economy, national income increases substantially,however,the income distribution gap is widening. At present, not only dose the gap between urban and rural income widens, the disparty between industries and regions also presents a growing trend. Income distribution disparity has widely caused social masses’ attention. Based on the breakthrough of the current situation of resident income distribution gap, the writer investigated various reasons and put forward the measures and countermeasures for narrowing the income distribution gap of residents in our country .

Key words：the income distribution gap；Gini coefficient；factor analysis 改革开放的成果使我国经济发展的成就在整个世界都备受瞩目，然而，经济发展过热也使当前我国面临着收入分配差距扩大所带来的种种经济社会问题。在经济体制的转轨下，市场配置资源的作用增强，但分配秩序不规范导致了不合理收入差距的扩大。此时，国家的收入分配政策与制度的改革就显得尤为重要，针对造成我国居民收入分配差距的各方面原因，我们就需要深入客观实际分析数据，结合专家学者的观点，来具体阐述我国当前收入分配差距的存在的问题、成因及解决对策。

陈晴烨（2007）和严以式（2008）等人都以洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数来衡量整个国家的收入分配平等程度，将我国收入差距现状通过城乡、区域
