Unit 2 Is it an African elephant ?
一、教学目标
1、知识目标：come from work in the forest doesn’t drink doesn’t eat
2、能力目标：进一步练习巩固行为动词的一般现在时。
3、情感目标：增强学生的保护动物意识。
二、重点、难点
1）重点
（1）主语是第三人称单数，谓语是行为动词的一般现在时的肯定句、否定句和疑问句。
（2）专有名词的形容词。
Asica----- Asica Europe-----European
Africa----African America----American
Australia---Australian India ------Indian
2)难点：行为动词的一般现在时。
三、教学过程
（一）复习检测
检查词汇预习：让学生齐读本课54-57的单词。目的是培养学生的朗读习惯，同时巩固预习效果。齐读后，小组内成员互相检查单词、短语等的预习情况。老师每组抽查一人。
运用图片形象展示表生活环境的单词desert, forest, grassland, jungle.及生活在这些地方的标志性动物。（camel, wolf,
