Abstract China's bond market bonds issued since 1981 restoration has experienced twists and turns of exploration and rapid development stage. After 30 years of reform and opening up, the bond market is growing, bonds varieties is increasing, gradually become an important part of the capital market, but some deep-seated problems are also emerging with the rapid development of the bond market.
