中小物流企业信息化的现状和存在问题及建议

摘要：尽管我国物流信息化发展较快，但是不得不承认，与国际先进水平相比，整体水平尚处于较低层次，特别是中小物流企业的信息化水平很低。而中国的物流企业中，中小企业占了大部分。绝大多数中小物流企业尚不具备运用信息技术处理物流信息的能力。拥有信息系统的企业，其信息化需求也多数属于底层需求，基础信息系统建设是目前信息化建设的主要内容。目前较低的信息化应用水平已经成为制约我国现代物流发展的重要因素，我国物流业迫切需要提高信息化水平，以提升国际竞争力。本文从中小物流企业信息化的现状出发，分析了制约中小物流企业发展 存在的几大问题，提出了中小物流企业信息化发展的对策。 关键词：中小物流企业；信息化；存在问题；建议

1.引言

我国物流信息化尚处在起步阶段，物流信息化在我国具有巨大挖掘潜力和长期的发展前景。但“企业的物流信息化意识淡薄，物流信息化标准缺乏，中小物流企业的信息化程度很低、缺乏拥有自主知识产权的物流信息系统以及物流信息技术人才严重缺乏”仍是制约中小物流企业信息化发展的瓶颈。如何突破这些瓶颈，是目前急需IT厂商和中小物流企业共同思考的问题。

2.中小物流企业信息化现状

据预测，未来几年，中国的中小物流企业数量将以每年16%-25%的速度发展。中国物流企业不仅要面对国内同行小、乱、杂的竞争环境，同时又要面对国外巨头大、精、专的竞争。这时候，利用信息化实现差异化的服务竞争已经成为面对挑战、提升实力的最有效的手段。尽管我国物流信息化发展较快，但是不得不承认，与国际先进水平相比，整体水平尚处于较低层次，特别是中小物流企业的信息化水平很低。据不完全统计，我国目前1000万家中小
