1.　　CASEWORK DESIGN SEPCIFICATIONS ( 基本柜体设计规范)

1.1　　Casework meets the technical requirement of the latest version of SEFA,　including load test, impact test, and chemical spot test, etc.
基本柜体满足SEFA 相关标准，并通过SEFA提出的承重、冲击、化学品腐蚀等相关检验。

1.2　　Casework will be of flush type construction and be made of full steel material. All surfaces of doors, drawers and panel faces will align with cabinet fronts without overlap of case ends, top or bottom rails. Horizontal and vertical case shell members (panels, top rails and bottoms) will meet in the same plane without overlap, cracks or crevices. Inside doorframe will be sound-deadening material.
基本柜体均为全钢、预成型、预开口结构。无论垂直方向及水平方向其交叉角平面均光滑过渡，无交叠、破裂等现象。门及抽屉面板处于同平面上，面板内部有消声材料。
　　
1.3　　Casework will be constructed from individual self-supporting units. The construction consists of completely welded shell assembly without applied panels at ends, backs or bottoms, so that cases can be used interchangeably or as a single, stand alone unit.
基本柜体为独立的、可拆装结构。前板和后背板为一片成形式环绕设计，整个柜体可以单独或组合使用。

1.4　　The interior of case units will be an easily cleanable flush interior.
基本柜体内部容易清理。

1.5　　Base cabinets that are 24, 30, 36 inches or wider, with double swing doors or with double doors and double drawers, will provide full access to complete interior without center vertical post.
底柜一般为24、30、36英寸三种宽度，双门或双门双抽屉两种类型。底柜中间无垂直支柱。

1.6　　Drawers will be sized on a modular basis for interchange to meet varying storage needs, and designed to be easily removable in field without the use of special tools. Sound-deadening material in head; friction centering springs not acceptable.
抽屉模块的大小、数量根据不同的存贮需要而进行改变。不使用另外的工具可以拆卸抽屉，抽屉面板内有消声材料；不配有磨擦力对冲弹簧

1.7　　Case openings will have rabbeted like joints on all four sides of case opening to provide resistance to dust.
前部顶挡板与后挡板可用链带联锁和叠加以防灰尘。

1.8　　Framed glazed doors will be identical in construction and will be designed to be removable for easy glass replacement without damaging the frame.
玻璃门构造可以在不破坏门结构的前提下，方便的更换玻璃。

1.9　　Base cabinet will be 35-1/4 inches height for standing operation and 29-3/8 inches height for sitting work, which is suitable. Height of tall case and solvent cabinet refers specified drawings.
