高性能轻集料混凝土的耐久性

摘要:研究了轻集料种类、预湿程度和矿物掺和料对高性能轻集料混凝土(HPLC)抗氯离子渗透性、抗冻性及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性的影响.结果表明:由高强页岩、黏土或粉煤灰陶粒配制的HPLC较

普通集料HPC具有更高的抗氯离子渗透、抗冻及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,掺适量粉煤灰、矿粉或硅灰等矿物掺和料能显著提高HPLC的耐久性.与低吸水率的页岩陶粒和粉煤灰陶粒相比,用吸水率高的黏土陶粒经24h预湿处理后配制的HPLC其抗氯离子渗透能力更佳,但强度与抗冻性较差.页岩陶粒预湿处理降低了HPLC的抗氯离子渗透性和抗冻性,但对其抗硫酸盐侵蚀性影响不大.对陶粒预湿程度大的HPLC,通过提高含气量可改善其耐久性.同时对耐久性机理做了初步探讨.关键词:高性能轻集料混凝土;掺和料;预湿处理;氯离子渗透性;抗冻性;硫酸盐侵蚀中图分类号:TU528.2 文献标识码:A

Abstract:TheEffectsoflight-weightaggregatetypesandpre-wettingtreatmentaswellasmineraladmix-turesonchlorideionpermeability,freeze-thawresistanceandsulfateattackofhighperformancelight-weightaggregateconcretes(HPLCS)wereinvestigated.Resultsshowthattheresistancestochlorideionpermeability,freezingandsulfateattackofHPLCSpreparedfromhighstrengthlight-weightaggregateofshale,clayorflyashceramsitearebetterthanthoseofnorma-lweightaggregateHPC,andtheincorpora-tionofflyash,groundgranulatedblastfurnaceslagorsilicafumecansignificantlyimprovethedurabilityofHPLCS.TheHPLCmadewithexpandedclayceramsitewithhighwaterabsorptionhasbetterresist-ancetochlorideionpermeabilitythantheHPLCmadewithshaleorflyashceramsitewithlowwaterab-sorption,buthaslowerstrengthandresistancetofreezingwhentheseceramsitesarepre-wettedfor24h.Thepre-wettingofshaleceramsitedecreasestheresistancetochlorideionpermeabilityandfreezingofHPLC,butdonotmarkedlyaffecttheresistancetosulfateattack.ThedurabilityoftheHPLCwithhighdegreepre-wettingofceramsitecanbeimprovedbyincreasingtheaircontentinconcrete.Moreover,the

durabilitydestructivemechanismofHPLCisalsopreliminarydiscussed.
