Abstract:Infrontofextensivemigrationfromruraltourban,traditionalfamilialsupportfortheagedfacesseriouschallengeinChinaruralareas.Fromthesupplyofprovidingfortheagedsys2tem,rural-urbanmigrationhelpstoenhanceoldpopulation’seconomicguarantee,butithasdis2advantagesinthelivingcareandspiritcomfort.Fromruraltourban,migrationnotonlyenhancestheincomeofaveragefamily,butalsoprovidesthepossibilityofdevelopingsocialsecurityfortheagedintheruralareas.rural-urbanmigrationacceleratestheupgradeofindustrystructureandurbanization;meanwhileitquickensthetransformationoftheideaaboutprovidingfortheaged,rebuildingsystemofsecurityfortheagedintheruralareas.

1　引言

农村养老保障作为社会保障制度中最基本的组成部分日益被人们所关注。我国现有的社会养老保障制度基本上面向的只是城市居民,而作为一个拥有8亿农民的发展中国家,如果不能解决农村人口的养老问题,那么即使在城镇建立非常完善的养老保障体系,也终究是杯水车薪,不能称其为是完全意义的社会养老保
