我国政府公信力的弱化现状与对策分析

摘 要

政府公信力是一种重要的社会资本，是维系政府和公民之间的重要纽带，是社会稳定和谐的基石和灵魂。改革开放30年以来，我国政府公信力建设取得了一定成绩，但在政府决策、行政执行、绩效管理、政府信息公开等方面都存在政府公信力弱化的状况。政府公信力的提升有赖于政府的自身改革，有赖于行政管理体制、法律制度、公务员队伍建设、政府公信力指标测评体系等各种层面配套措施的跟进。
