NCGR占星家职业道德守则（译）2009/05/02 05:30 P.M.NCGR，全称为National council for geocosmic research,inc，译名国立宇宙研究委员会，很多时候也叫美国占星学会。本文所翻译的是NCGR占星是认证课程中的占星师职业道德守则一项，纳入了学分制。看后，感触良多，于是明白了什么叫专业。翻译出来，与各位星友分享，并共勉。占星学在中国的发展，任重而道远。

序 言
Astrologers are dedicated to the development and enhancement of the human condition through an understanding of celestial phenomena as applied to human concerns. Astrologers are committed to honesty, fairness and respect for others. Guided by the objective application of astrological technique as well as a commitment to the improvement of the human condition, astrologers seek to increase understanding and compassion world-They remain acutely aware of the need to understand themselves in order to understand and help others. Astrologers are aware of the immense contribution astrology can make to human knowledge and wisdom, and accordingly encourage inquiry and an open exchange of ideas both outside and within their profession. And above all, astrologers respect the potential power they hold to affect the lives of others, and accordingly strive for the highest levels of competence and diligence.
占星家致力于通过了解关注适用于人类的天体现象，发展和提高人类生活条件。占星家致力于诚实，公平和尊重他人，遵循占星的客观应用技术以及致力于改善人类生存条件，占星家必须提高对世界范围的理解力并富有同情心。他们仍然敏锐地意识到，必须了解自己，以便理解和帮助他人。占星家都知道占星术对人类的知识和智慧的巨大贡献，并因此鼓励探索和开放专业范围内外的思想交流。最重要的是，占星家尊重他们所具有潜在影响他人生活的力量，因此孜孜不倦地为争取最高层次的能力而奋斗。

A.1 Applicability of This Code 适用本守则
This code applies to the activities of astrologers in their professional work, as well as in their representations and use of astrology at large.
此原则直接关系到占星工作者的专业行为，以及在他们陈述和利用的全部占星术。
A.2 Avoiding Harm 避免伤害
Astrologers avoid making statements that could cause harm through confusion, misunderstanding or fear.
占星家避免可能导致损害的混淆，误解或恐惧的情况。

Astrologers provide services to the public- whether in astrology or in other disciplines- only within the boundaries of their competence based on their education, training and appropriate exp
