实习中学对高师教育实习的意见和建议

摘要：高师教育实习是高师院校专业教学计划的重要组成部分，也是高师课堂教学的延续，因此加强与重视教育实习是提高毕业生竞争实力的有效途径，也是培养他们在将来驾驭课堂教学的技能的重要手段。本文在通过对我系毕业生实习所在的几所中学的师生进行实地调查总结的基础上，分析实习生在实习过程中暴露出的问题，以及今后的实习生在实习中应该重点加强和提高的素质，最后总结出了几条建议供学院参考。

Abstract: Teaching Practice in middle school is an important part of the normal universities teaching program, It＇s also a continuation of teaching, so the emphasis on teaching practice is an effective way to improve the competitive fore of graduates, It is also an important mean to train survey to teachers and students to gain the classroom teaching skills in the future. In this paper, By the survey to teachers and students of several secondary schools which our graduates practiced in, This paper analyses the problems exposed in the process internship , as well as the graduate should focus on strengthening and improving the quality, .In the end of this paper ,several suggestions are given to normal college.
