浅析商业银行经营管理面临的问题及应对策略

摘 要

所谓商业银行即是以信用为基础、以经营货币借贷和结算业务为主的高负债高风险行业。在资本主义经济中，商业银行区别于一般资本主义工商业具用充当资本家之间的信用中介、充当资本家之间的支付中介、变社会各阶层的积蓄和收入为资本以及创造信用流通工具的作用。追求利润最大化是商业银行的经营目标，国有商业银行也不例外。要实现这一目标，国有商业银行在经营业务中就必须注意安全，回避风险，调整资产负债结构，坚持“效益性、安全性、流动性”的原则。商业银行在一国国民经济中所处的关键地位和作用以及其经营特点，导致了商业银行经营风险在整个国民经济中有着极大的影响力，一旦银行经营风险转化成现实损失，不仅可能导致银行破产，而且将对整个国民经济带来严重后果。加之中国已经加入WTO，进入了经济全球化的新时代，面对外资银行进入中国的严峻形势，如何提高我国商业银行的竞争力，使其在竞争中立于不败之地，已然成为不可回避且及待解决的问题。对此，本文分析了目前国有商业银行经营管理中存在的若干问题，同时有针对性地提出了强化经营管理的主要对策。
