混业经营模式比较与选择

中文摘要：分业经营和混业经营是金融业的两种经营模式，自20世纪 90年代以来 ,实行金融分业制度的国家也大多转向了混业经营制度。在国际经济金融一体化的今天，我国金融企业将直接面临实行混业经营的金融巨无霸的挑战。混业经营作为当今世界金融业的发展主流,我国金融业在入世后必须面临这一现实加快自身向混业经营的转变。本文通过分析混业模式的三种经营模式,结合混业经营的发展历史,指出在现代金融环境下我国金融业应采取何种混业经营模式以加快金融业与世界的接轨和发展。 关键词：混业经营 模式 比较 选择

到了21世纪,几乎没有人再怀疑金融业混业经营将取代分业经营成为世界金融业经营模式的潮流。金融业初期以分业经营开始，继而发展到混业经营，但是1929-1933的经济大萧条导致西方金融业一夜之间转为分业经营并且严格监督厉行监管，然而以1999年美国《金融服务现代化法案》通过为标志，世界金融业再次进入混业经营的潮流。
