Simple as the image is,the implications(启示)mirrored(反映)are apprantly far-reaching(深远的).Initially,such a phenomenon as revealed in the picture has aroused wide-spread social concern(关注).Nowhere in the history has the issue of sth(其中of sth也可以省略不写)been talked sbout so much as in our society today(历史上任何时刻都比不上我们的时代这样关注这件事).In the second place,the painting reveals an upsetting story(事情)and similar events happened and happening are heared or reported in nearly all aspects of our life.Additionally,the painter intends to convince us that a package of programs(一揽子项目，计划，方案)should be initiated to reverse the grim stuationg——（此处是破折号）lauching(发起发动)a nationwide education campaign setting up relevant laws and regulations,and the list goes on.

第三段：

To conclude,it is high time that much importance were attached to such cases.And it is imperative(necessary)actions be taken to curb(扭转不好的趋势)such practices(综上所述结论如下，早该重视这种现象了).There is reason to believe that as long as all the society,the authorites and the mass media and every one involved,make concerted effort to strive hard,such upsetting stories will ultimately be ended or at least reduced. 注释：
