【Abstract】:

The city is located in the center of Hunan Province whose population is approximately

113 thousand untill 1989.The city’s area is 11.25 square kilometers. At present, the city’s sewage drainage system has not reached maturity.

Wastewater influxes into the river directly, which makes the river severe pollution. According to some relevant materials about ecology, water resources and so on , this article shows a preliminary designation of the sewage treatment and sewage plug treatment and divided sewage and rainwater system. The plant adopts the major technology process for carrousel oxidation ditch which has been characterized for its short-period process, high efficiency, steady water quality, small rest solids and low fees for construction and operation, and so on. And the plant’s area is 37.5 thousand square kilometers. The greening rate of the plant is 30%. The investment of the plant is 19891.46 thousand. In addition, treating with 1 m³ wastewater cost 0.31 yuan.
