摘要 目的 了解近一年来肿瘤患者合并血流感染的病原菌变迁及对常用抗生素的敏感性 方法 对2011年1月1日至10月31日期间——例——份住院患者的血培养和药敏结果进行统计学分析。 结果 住院患者总的血流感染率为——%（——/——）。检测出的前三位革兰阳性菌依次为——、——、——；前三位革兰阴性菌依次为——、——、——。对革兰阳性菌感染敏感的前三类抗生素依次为——、——、——；耐药的前三类抗生素依次为——、——、——。对革兰阴性菌感染敏感的前三类抗生素依次为——、——、——；耐药的前三类抗生素依次为——、——、——。 结论 肿瘤患者合并血流感染以——菌为主，而其对——的耐药性趋势应引起临床的高度重视。
