第一段，运用疑问句，吸引别人的注意力。注意第三句，here is your opportunity，别忘了系动词。

第二段，①句，应该先小地点，再大地点，换线部分改成，classroom 401，No.5 teaching building；②句写得很好；③句，建议改成简单句，most inportantly， two of the…, 后面半句写得非常好。

第三段简单明了，很好。

总体点评

文章错误：1.格式错误：这篇格式很显然属于书信和通知的混搭，也有类似的不正式写法，

这里建议将落款的日期删掉。

2.语法错误：有细节性语法错误，可以看出是由于不细心造成。

修改意见：注意书信和通知在格式上的细微差别；多揣摩优秀写作，尽量将自己的文章写得

地道。
