2011年永宁县中小学生健康体检结果分析

【摘要】 目的了解永宁县中小学生身体发育状况及学生常见病患病情况，为制定我县学生预防保健措施提供依据。方法严格按照国家有关规定，由永宁县疾控中心专业技术人员负责学生健康检查，对永宁县38所中小学22952名学生进行健康体检，并评价学生发育水平及健康状况。结果 22952名中小学生中视力低下检出率最高（55.48%）；身高、体重、营养均以中等为主，中、小学生营养不良和肥胖检出率差异均有统计学意义。结论永宁县中小学生形态发育及营养状况良好，但营养不良和营养过剩同时存在，视力低下检出率较高，应引起足够的重视，采取措施做好防治工作。

[Abstract] Objective To know about the Yongning County Elementary and middle school students physical development status and student common disease situation, as the fulcrum of my county students of preventive health measures. Methods In strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, the professional and technical personnel of Yongning County Center for Disease Control was responsible for student health examination and the evaluation of students development level and health status. In Yongning County 22952 students in 38 middle schools and primary schools were in health examination. Results 22952 primary and middle school students in the poor eyesight were the highest (55.48%); height, weight, nutritional status medium. Malnutrition and obesity rate difference have statistics significance. Conclusion Yongning County Development and nutritional status of primary and middle school students form good, but malnutrition and overnutrition exist at the same time. The detection rate of low vision is higher. It should cause enough attention. We should adopt measures to ensure the prevention and control work.

为了解永宁县中小学生形态发育及现时营养状况，进一步搞好学生常见病、多发病及传染病的防治，提高学生健康水平，并为制定我县学生预防保健措施提供依据，永宁县疾病预防控制中心于2011年9—10月对永宁县38所中小学校22952名在校学生按照全国学生体质健康检查标准进行了健康体检，现将结果报告如下。

1 对象与方法

1.1 对象永宁县38所中小学校，共有在校学生22952名。其中小学30所，学生11810名，男生6017名，女生5793名；中学8所，学生11142名，男生5672名，女生5470名。

1.2方法学生健康检查严格按照国家有关规定进行，检查项目有外科（身高、体重、皮肤、脊柱、四肢等）、内科（心肺听诊）、血压、五官（眼、鼻、咽、口腔等），裸眼视力等方面。查体前，对所有人员进行培训，要求认真填写学生健康体检表。所有资料经整理后，输入学生生长发育监测信息管理与评价系统进行评价。

视力检查采用SLD—II型标准对数视力表灯箱；疾病诊断依据《儿童少年卫生学》〔1〕确定的标准进行；形态机能指标按照《学校卫生情况年报表填报说明及技术规范》〔2〕的有关要求和方法进行测试，采用《1995年全国7-22岁城乡学生身高体重百分位数评价表和身高标准体重值》评价学生形态发育及现时营养状况。
