2. go into the template(this is a Visual C++ wizard files) , you will see the 2 .awx files.
NOTICE: If you want to build a channel dll for Quest3D 3.0 , u “had beter “ use Quest3D 3.0 SDK to rebuild ur project. You will find that there is no template folder and no .awx file in Quest3D 3.0 package”!(that is why I suggest u download the 2.5A first to install the wizard file).
U can still use the .awx that is from 2.5A SDK packate to build ur 3.0 version Channel,they are source compatible(of couse, u need some modification if in need)
How to build ur quest3D for different version ?
The only thing u have to do is change your include and library file path in VC “tools” menu. I will discuss the deails later.
