船舶修造企业安全生产标准化管理系统设计

摘 要 在对船舶修造中的危险源进行了系统分析的基础上,通过对船舶修造企业安全生产中的危险源辨识、危险因素评价和危险控制,以ASP.NET为开发工具,通过模块化设计,开发了船舶修造企业安全生产标准化评估软件,使用户在软件的指导下,确定各项评估所需参数,简化了船舶修造企业安全生产标准化评估过程避免了因人为取值偏差、计算错误等外在因素导致的评估结果的系统偏差。系统能够快速、准确、高效的对所评估项目需要的各项指标进行计算分析,并自动生成完整的评估报表。确定可能存在的危险因素,并对其危险状态进行等级划分和安全评估,然后再根据不同的危险评估结果采取相应的预防措施进行控制,从而可以有效地预防、减少和控制事故的发生。

Abstract Thisarticleinbuilttotheshipsthedangeroussourcetocarryonthesystemanalysisfoundation,throughbuiltintheenterprisesafetyinproductiontotheshipsthedangeroussourceidentification,thehazardfactorappraisalandthedangerouscontrol,takeASP.NETasthedevelopmentkit,throughthemodulardesign,developedtheshipstobuildtheen-terprisesafetyinproductionstandardizationappraisalsoftware,causedtheuserundersoftwarepsinstruction,witheasede-terminedthateachappraisalneededtheparameter,becausesimplifiedtheshipstobuildtheenterprisesafetyinproductionstandardizationappraisalprocessgreatlytoavoidtheartificialvaluedeviation,themiscalculationsubstandardtheappraisalresultsystemdeviationwhichcausedinthefactor.Thesystemcanfast,accurate,highlyeffectivetoappraiseeachtargetwhichtheprojectneedstocarryonthecomputationanalysis,andautomaticproductioncompleteappraisalreportform.Thedeterminationpossiblyexiststhehazardfactor,andcarriesontherankdivisionandthesecurityevaluationtoitscriticalcon-dition,thenactsaccordingtothedifferenthazardassessmentresulttotakethecorrespondingpreventivemeasureagaintocarryonthecontrol,thusmayprevent,reducedandthecontrolaccidentpsoccurrenceeffectively.
